1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a trek with Adventure Central, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our services and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Adventure Central.

2. Booking and Payment

• 2.1 All bookings are subject to availability. To secure your place, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the trek departure date.
• 2.2 Payments can be made via [list accepted payment methods].
• 2.3 Failure to make full payment by the specified date may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• 3.1 Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
  • 3.1.1 Cancellations made more than 7 days before the trek departure date will receive a full refund minus the deposit.
  • 3.1.2 Cancellations made between 7 and 4 days before departure will receive a 50% refund.
  • 3.1.3 No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 2 days before departure.
• 3.2 Adventure Central reserves the right to cancel a trek due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative arrangements will be offered.

4. Health and Safety

• 4.1 Participants must be in good health and capable of undertaking the trek. A medical certificate may be required.
• 4.2 Adventure Central is not liable for any injury, illness, or death resulting from the trek. It is your responsibility to have adequate travel insurance that covers trekking activities.

5. Changes to Itinerary

• 5.1 Adventure Central reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavor to provide a similar experience in such cases.

6. Responsibilities

• 6.1 You are responsible for your personal belongings. Adventure Central is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items.
• 6.2 Participants must adhere to the guide’s instructions and local regulations during the trek.

7. Force Majeure

Adventure Central is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or other emergencies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adventure Central is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the trek or these Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia & India.
